The estate is made up of 2 adjacent houses, Amalthea and Peragia, which each sleep up to 8 guests. Whilst the houses each have their own facilities, including a second smaller infinity pool at Pelagia, they also share much sought after direct beach access, a private jetty, tennis and boules courts. Both houses also have outdoor dining capabilities for between 20 and 30 people, so whether taken together or singly, guests can be sure they can entertain in style. In Kingfisher Point, the owners have created extraordinary surroundings for a gathering of family and friends under the unobtrusive, talented care of the house team.
