Set between Gaios and Kaki Lagada beach, Akis is a welcoming, contemporary villa in a great location with wonderful views out over the east coast of Paxos. Part of an estate of 2 houses, Akis can be taken for larger families or group with sister villa Caicos, both of which have been created to give privacy whether taken singly or together. Sleeping up to 6 adults plus 2 further children, the house has generous terraces both around the pool and for dining and relaxing. Inside, the ground floor has open plan living spaces including a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a double bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower room, plus a bunk room with one set of beds for 2 children. There is not an en suite for the bunk room, but there is a guest loo with sink. Upstairs there are 2 double/twin bedrooms each with king size bed and en suite shower rooms. These upper rooms share a large balcony. Both Gaios and Kaki Lagada beach, home to Aeolus Beach Bar, are within a 5-minute drive. We love the clean lines and easy style of Akis and look forward to welcoming our guests to stay.
