A beautiful villa on the West coast with extraordinary views over the cliffs of Erimitis and the Ionian sea.

It was pure magic”
“The home and location are what dreams are made of. It was pure magic”
A stunning 5 bedroom house sleeping up to 10 guests on the west coast of Paxos situated above Erimitis beach, Sargasso offers incredible views of the Ionian sea, the dramatic white cliffs and surrounding wooded hills. The perfect setting for the ultimate sunset, the villa was built by a local artist and retains a monastic feel. The house features a large lawn, as well as orchards of fruit trees including orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit and pomegranate. About a mile down an unpaved road from the village of Magazia, with only one neighbour in the vicinity, this is a secluded and tranquil house. The beach is a short walk down a hillside public path (the path is uneven so please wear trainers not flip-flops). Life at Sargasso is about the views, the colours and the smells from the beautifully planted gardens. Talented chef Andrew Hindley will create exceptional meals for guests 25 May and 14 September 2025 for 6 days per week (breakfast plus one main meal). A stay at Sargasso is truly magical and we are delighted to be able to offer this exemplary house to our clients. Pictures by Stavros Marmaras
