This wonderful villa is in a fantastic location just a short walk from three beaches; Kalami (home to Laurence Durrell’s White House) Yialiskari and Agni. Phos is a generous, contemporary villa sleeping up to 10 adults and 2 further children in five en suite bedrooms. Outside, terraces are generous with gorgeous far-reaching sea views and the 17m x 7m freshwater pool (which can be heated and has hydro-jets) has plenty of sunbeds to allow guests to while away the hours in happy comfort. Villa Phos has been designed to make the most of its location with verandas and balconies for eating and relaxing. On the ground floor, there are two en suite bedrooms (one of which can be a twin) both of which lead onto a large veranda and the well-equipped gym. The middle floor has three en suite bedrooms; two double bedrooms (one of which can be a twin and the other fully accessible to those with mobility issues) and the master bedroom with a king size bed, open plan bathroom with a free-standing bath and a large balcony. The middle floor also has a separate entrance leading to the outdoor areas and the pool. The top floor has open plan living spaces with a wonderful veranda plus a fully equipped open plan kitchen. The villa includes a chef in July & August to do breakfast and one other main meal, 6 days per week (groceries additional). The veranda is home to the BBQ area including the dining table that can seat up to 12 guests. The villa is luxurious throughout and includes a lift connecting all 3 floors making the house a good choice for those with mobility issues.
