Olivina about Avlaki bay on Corfu’s North East coast is a charming villa for smaller families or friends looking to holiday together. Set in generous grounds, this wonderfully private house has easy access for older guests and for families with younger children. The house is about a 16 minute walk to down to Avlaki beach with its delicious tavernas (or just a few minutes in the car) and is also within easy reach of both Kassiopi (4km) and San Stefano (1.5km), both of which have delicious tavernas, bars, boat hire and a supermarket. This welcoming villa sleeps up to 6 guests over 3 bedrooms, all of which have an en suite bathroom. Upstairs there is one super king double bedroom and one super king double/twin bedroom which share a large balcony. The third bedroom is also a super king/twin and has a garden terrace. A further guest or 2 small children can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the study. The house has a lovely sitting room and dining area both of which lead onto the dining terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and, as previously mentioned, a study. Outside, well established gardens are filled with olives, cypress and Mediterranean plants. Terraces and the 15m x 8m fresh water pool make the most of the extraordinary views out over the sea to the mainland beyond. Olivina has such a wonderful feeling throughout and guests will feel immediately at home on arrival. The grounds mean that guests will enjoy the privacy of the setting whilst being just minutes from many of the delights of the North East coast.
