Set between Gaios and Kaki Lagada beach, the Kiakis estate consists of 2 welcoming, contemporary villas in a great location with wonderful views out over the east coast of Paxos. The houses are perfect for larger multi-generational families or for families looking to holiday together. The layout provides the privacy of 2 villas whilst both houses are able to accommodate each other’s guests for lunches, dinners and relaxing. Each house has a built in BBQ at pool level. Sleeping up to 6 adults plus 2 further children in each house, there are generous terraces both around the pool and for dining and relaxing. Inside, each ground floor has open plan living spaces including a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a double bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower room, plus a bunk room with one set of beds for 2 children. There is not an en suite for the bunk rooms, but there is a guest loo with sink. Upstairs there are 2 double/twin bedrooms each with king size bed and en suite shower rooms. These upper rooms share a large balcony. Both Gaios and Kaki Lagada beach, home to Aeolus Beach Bar, are within a 5-minute drive. We love the clean lines and easy style of the Kiakis Estate and look forward to welcoming our guests to stay.
