Contemporary Ines has been refurbished throughout to create a villa that sleeps up to 12 guests in elegant comfort. Using state-of-the-art design and materials, the house is finished to the highest standard throughout. With views over pretty San Stefano and the sea to the mainland beyond, the villa is set within Mediterranean gardens to create a private setting. The house has open plan living spaces enhanced with floor to ceiling windows with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The house terraces are perfect for relaxing and al fresco dining with the pool creating a central focus. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the ground floor along with a second double/twin bedroom. On the first floor there are 3 further double bedrooms, two with en suite shower rooms and one with en suite bathroom. The final bedroom is in the garden guesthouse and has a double bedroom, shower room and kitchenette. The house makes the most of the setting and the terraces include a pergola-shaded dining area for 12, a bar and outdoor sofas. The owners have done a wonderful job in the re-modelling of Ines and we know our guests will love the luxury, style and location of this villa which is just a 5 minute drive from San Stefano with its delicious tavernas, bars and artisan shops. The house chef prepares breakfast and one other main meal per day from 23rd May – 4th September 2026 (available at additional cost outside these dates) using vegetables and herbs from the villa’s organic garden to enhance your dining experience. Your rental includes one airport to villa return transfer on arrival and departure day pls three pre-arranged daily return transfers for up to 4 guests per transfer to local areas including Kassiopi, St Stephano, Kerasia and Avlaki*
