Open plan living spaces lead onto the generous terraces and there is a fully equipped separate kitchen. The bedrooms are all upstairs. Outside there is an outdoor kitchen in a covered dining area to ensure guests enjoy the setting as much as possible. The 11m x 5m swimming pool has plenty of space around it for sunbeds and the house has wonderfully mature gardens providing pockets of shade around the property. Belvedere is an 800m walk down to Avlaki beach and vibrant Gaios is just 2km away.
