Downstairs living is open plan with a sofa, small table, well equipped kitchen and shower room. Stairs lead up to the mezzanine bedroom with king size bed and balustrade overlooking the space below. Fontana with a village shop and tavernas is a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk with Loggos just 5 minutes from the house or a 20 minute walk.
