With 6 bedrooms in one house and 5 in the other, Aphea is contemporary to the core, combining state of the art technology with elegant, luxurious fabrics, furniture and fittings in both the bedrooms and living spaces. Large windows are designed to flood the house with light, blurring the feeling of inside and outside. With two sets of living spaces and two fully equipped kitchens, this property is perfect for multi-generational or multiple families holidaying together including groups who have younger children where 2 kitchens may be the making of a peaceful holiday! We can of course arrange a fabulous chef for those who plan to spend no time in the kitchen at all. Outside the houses sit in beautifully landscaped gardens and the plentiful terraces (including an al fresco dining room with BBQ) make the most of the views out over the sparkling sea. A small private path winds down from the villa to the beach below and popular Mongonissi beach and taverna are just a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Thriving, pretty Gaios is under a 10 minute drive. The beach below the house is accessibly by boat with several mooring options close by so if you want to spend more time on the water and less time in a car, we can make that happen.
