This welcoming, traditional Edwardian house sits in 7 acres of beautiful, mature landscaped gardens with lawns that wind gently down to the beach. Perfect for swimming, water sports and building sandcastles the bay is also home to lots of birds and other native wildlife. The Studland Peninsula, home to the house, is a nature reserve of sand dunes and heath with beaches stretching from South Haven, where the Sandbanks ferry arrives, to Old Harry Rocks. The house is generous throughout with warm, original panelling in both the drawing and dining rooms as well as some of the bedrooms upstairs. The house can comfortably accommodate 12 guests over 9 bedrooms with the possibility to put another couple of children on the two available sofa beds. Fires roar during the winter and during warmer months, guests can make the most of the terraces that look out over the gardens in all their glory.
