Situated on a hillside overlooking the sea and Elounda town, Prasino is a stunning, contemporary villas that blends modern and traditional to make an irresistible whole. Set in mature gardens with numerous olive trees and Mediterranean style planting, the house sleeps up to 16 guests over 8 en suite bedrooms – five doubles including the gorgeous master bedroom and three double/twin bedrooms (please note 2 of the double bedrooms are external access only). Three different dining areas make the most of every al fresco dining opportunity; one by the pool, another with amazing sea and town views and the third by the fully equipped open air kitchen. Interiors are light and elegant and the owners have successfully blurred the outdoor/indoor experience to maximise guests’ enjoyment. The infinity pool forms a focal point for the villa, but for those who like a little more activity on holiday, the house has a gym, table tennis and table football plus a gorgeous children’s playground in the garden. The shops, tavernas and bars of Elounda are within easy reach and guests are also encouraged to explore the fortress on the island of Spinalonga, the tropical island of Chrissi, the mythical palm forest of Vai and the windmills on the Plateau of Lasithi. For those looking to holiday with extended family or more friends, Prasino can be rented with its equally beautiful sister villa Levko, which sleeps an additional 16 guests, with everyone able to eat comfortably at Prasino.
